I found it's really hard to stay calm while you're in a really mad situation. This was happened to me this morning, when I was complaining on my HALO number at GRAPARI (the only place where you can fix your telkomsel number. Not even via call center. But do not really trust them, they'll ruin your days. Trust me).
Hey dude, I am gonna talk about the SMS reply by 333 on my cell phone. It was said that I wasn't registered for Blackberry Service. Unfortunately, I am still being charged for the bill. They said that I was active since the very first time, and never unreg the number. While the truth is, I was unreg the number, many times, and got replies from 333 (keep) saying that I wasn't registered (i am still saving the sms on my cellphone).
So sorry, they said that: "THE SMS REPLY IS AUTOMATICALLY BY SYSTEM. AND IT'S NOT A VALID PROOF"
As a customer, all I know is that's TELKOMSEL's number, and should've been a very valid reply for me.
I don't want to speak in detail again since there's too many emotional things. But the thing is, I was talking about the system that gives me wrong information. And the customer service said that HUMAN ERROR MIGHT OCCUR ANYWHERE. AND IT'S HUMAN ERROR.
I said, "so, your customer have to take responsibility on your system error?"
she said, "IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T CHECK IT TWICE, AND YOU DIDN'T SAVE THE TELKOMSEL'S TECHNICIAN NUMBER."
and the best last thing is, she put my envelope on the table, without saying anything. And act as if she were really busy that time. EVEN ITS ME WHO WERE ASKING WHETHER THE SESSION HAS DONE OR NOT. What kind of service that was???
Dude, even if you're working there, you have to realised that there's something wrong on your service manner. It's a big matter for me, as customer. Didn't you serve your customer as a king?
If you don't then you're facing some troubles...
